Why I Created This Work
If you came to this page expecting a list of qualifications, certificates, and letters after my name, you're going to be disappointed.
Don't get me wrongā€”I have plenty of these.
But the most significant experience I have is my own.
For years, I helped women build brands, find their voice, and become known for what they were brilliant at.
I could see their potential instantly.
The irony?
I couldn't see my own.
While helping other women step into visibility, I was quietly hiding in all the clever ways high-achieving women do.
Arriving just on time to events so I wouldn't have to make small talk with anyone.
Helping others prepare for stages I wouldn't step onto myself.
Collecting courses, books, and qualificationsā€”convinced that if I learned enough, eventually confidence would arrive.
It never did.
Because information wasn't the problem.
Fear was.
Fear of being seen.
Fear of being judged.
Fear of taking up space.
And once I saw it in myself, I started seeing it everywhere.
Women weren't lacking information or strategy.
They were standing at the edge of who they could become, waiting to feel ready.
I know because I stood there too.
What Changed?
The moment I stopped trying to outrun fear and started walking through it.
That's where this work came from.
Not from theory.
Not from a certification.
Not from a framework I created on a whiteboard.
From lived experience.
From doing the work myself first.
What I See Now
Where others see confusion, I see patterns.
Where others see limitations, I see possibility.
Where others see self-doubt, I often see a woman who has forgotten her own power.
And where women see a gap between who they are and who they want to be... I see the bridge.
